As summer approaches, the temperature rises, and we tend to enjoy lighter, more refreshing flavours. This is no exception for cakes. There is a whole range of cakes to be enjoyed in the summer sun. Summer Afternoon Tea

The perfect summer afternoon pick-me-up. Afternoon tea is a popular summer tradition, and we can see why! A luxurious mix of sweet and savoury treats. Each light and delicious, afternoon tea is excellent during the summer months as it doesn't leave you feeling lethargic.

Refreshing Summer Lemon Cake

Lemon is very well known for its bright colour and refreshing flavour.
