Returns

Non-Perishable items may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Perishable goods such as food and physical gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned. E-gift cards may be refunded within 30 days provided the balance has not been used.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you aren't satisfied with the condition of a food product that you receive from us following an online purchase please contact us immediately using the Contact Form with full feedback and attached pictures of the product you received. Without pictures of the product we cannot proceed with investigating your online purchase. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note if we warn you of postal delays in your area and you place an order regardless then you will not be entitled to a refund should your order not arrive.

Any errors for example, wrong address entered by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are however, eligible for a replacement order if new delivery address details are provided 1 day before the selected delivery date.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Inscriptions

Inscription orders with offensive, obscene or hateful language will not be fulfilled.
