Frequently asked questions

What is in the New In collection?

It brings together our newest cakes, cupcakes, seasonal specials and gifts, so it is the first place to see what has just been added.

How often do you add new cakes?

We add new creations regularly, with extra arrivals around key seasons and celebrations, so it is worth checking back often.

Are the new cakes handmade?

Yes. Like all our cakes, the latest arrivals are handmade in our UK bakery using quality ingredients.

How are the cakes delivered?

Cakes are baked to order and frozen in recyclable ClimaLiner packaging, then delivered across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

How do I defrost my cake?

Simply defrost in the fridge for around 3 to 10 hours depending on size, then serve.

Can I order a new cake for a future date?

Yes. Choose next-day delivery before the cut-off, or select a Nominated Day up to 90 days in advance.

Can I add a message?

Many cakes can include an inscription, and you can add an optional gift card at checkout.
