If you're shopping with us online, make sure you're logged in to your account when buying so your points are automatically added to your membership.
For every £1 spent instore or online, you'll get 1 point.

Q: Can I use my Cake Club loyalty card on Android?
A: Yes, if you already have a Wallet Pass you can add your Cake Club pass here. Alternatively, you can download your pass to your Anroid device using the YourWallet app. We don't currently support adding your pass to Google Pay.
Q: How many points do I earn per purchase?
A: For every £1 spent, you'll earn 1 point.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes, points are valid for 12 months only.
Q: What happens to my points when I make a change to my purchase?
A: The points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly. Points can only be applied retrospectively where sufficient evidence of a purchase is provided up to a maximum of 7 days after the purchase was made and at Patisserie Valerie’s sole discretion. See terms for full detail.
Q: Can I earn points through other retail partners like Sainsbury's?
A: We don't currently offer points through our retail partners.
Q: Do my points have cash value?
A: No, points do not have cash value. Points can be redeemed through rewards outlined in the "Your rewards" section.
