Delivery

Our Blue Ombre Rosette Cake is baked fresh, then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport and, of course, to ensure it tastes completely fresh for your special occasion. You will need to defrost your cake before consumption, you can do this overnight in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. This cake is encased in delicious Swiss buttercream which tastes best at room temperature, so we recommend taking your cake out of the fridge thirty minutes before serving. Please note - in order to keep your cake standing tall, we have used cake dowels in the bottom tier, and a cake board under the top tier. Please take care to remove these when serving your cake.

Pleased I found you online. Blue Ombré 2 tier cake. Very grand looking and much nicer than my last minute supermarket cake purchase. For our daughters 8th birthday which tied in perfectly for her Disney Frozen theme. So pleased with it.

It has now been a week and we have a little left. Delicious, the sponge is so soft and even 7 days later the freshness is surprisingly perfect. The frosting is so creamy rather than that awful sugar high that normally hits.

I look forward to trying a chocolate one at some point.
