This cake was gorgeous, I ordered it for my daughters 30th birthday and it looked so pretty, tasted wonderful and kept really well in the fridge for several days after the event! It was delivered on time and well packaged.
The only slight problem was the plaque that which arrived broken and some of the lettering had lifted away from the white chocolate base.
Bought as a birthday gift for someone who is dairy-intolerant. It was delivered to the recipient on the day requested (although it arrived some 1 hour 20 minutes later than the stated delivery slot which was down to the courier and traffic congestion, not Patisserie Valerie). I'd ordered the 12" size which provided very generous portion sizes; the 10" would have sufficed. The cake is delicious, very moreish and the sponge was soft. I wouldn't have guessed the cake was vegan had I not known.

This cake was an absolute hit with everyone. The flavour was perfectly balanced — not too sweet at all — which made it so easy to enjoy. It was light, delicious, and went down beautifully with tea. Every slice was finished, and there were lots of compliments all around. A really lovely cake that everyone genuinely enjoyed.
