Customer service is second to none, I love Patisserie Valerie's cake.
Delicious cake! I bought it for my birthday so everyone could enjoy it, including my vegan guests. Everyone loved it and couldn’t believe it was vegan — they even asked where I got it from!
Delivery was incredibly fast too. I ordered around noon and received it by 9 a.m. the next day. Definitely recommend!
This is my first order and the cakes are delicious They arrived frozen but within a couple of hours they where eaten Excellent service i was kept up to date on delivery by email and they arrived on time Will order again soon
was our second time ordering from Patisserie Valerie, and once again, you made a special occasion feel even more special.
The cake itself was absolutely delicious — so soft, light, delicate and beautifully moist. The raspberry flavour was perfect, and honestly, it was almost impossible to stop eating it! 😍 Everyone loved it, and it was the perfect cake for my daughter birthday.
On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. My dad accidentally made a mistake with the date when ordering the cake, but the team were incredibly helpful and sorted the problem out quickly and without any fuss. They genuinely went above and beyond to help us, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
We’ve now ordered from Patisserie Valerie twice, and both times it has felt like a little celebration in itself. Beautiful cakes, delicious flavours and wonderful customer service.
Thank you for helping make my daughters birthday that little bit more special! 🎂💕 We’ll definitely be ordering from you again!
The cake arrived in perfect condition. Was beautifully made with all the added extras including. Will be ordering a second cake in the next few days.

Very beautiful cake, fresh, packaged well for delivery and tasted amazing
This was an absolutely delightful confection - light, a friend described it as 'fluffy' and so fruity and delicious. Felt almost like eating a trifle.
So nice. Will order another for sure.
