It was a special birthday for my mum and she loves coffee. The cake arrived on time and in perfect condition. It defrosted beautifully overnight and when it was presented the next day it looked beautiful and tasted amazing. It was so light and moist and ever had to have a second piece! Absolutely beautiful cake! Great packaging but do unpack as soon as in case you need it for the evening as it’s quite frozen.
