Our Classic Strawberry Gateau is one of our most popular recipes which was created by Madame Valerie herself. We’ve since redeveloped the recipe to create a stunning yet timeless strawberry and cream cake.

Fresh Ingredients

We include only the freshest strawberries and cream in our cake to ensure they last as long as possible.
Our Classic Strawberry Gateau is baked fresh and then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport, and of course to ensure it tastes as fresh from first slice to last.

Hand Decorated

Light vanilla sponge with layers of fresh cream and fresh strawberry compote. Hand-decorated with strawberry compote, fresh cream rosettes and a nibbed almond edge.

Suitable for Vegetarians

Our Strawberry and Cream Cake is suitable for vegetarians and can serve up to 14 people! Perfect for birthday’s, anniversaries or a sweet summer treat.
