What is the best birthday gift to send?

Can I get a birthday gift delivered next day?

Yes. Order by 4pm Monday to Friday or 2pm on Saturday and we can deliver the next day across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Can I choose the delivery date?

You can select a Nominated Day at checkout up to 90 days in advance, so your gift arrives right on the birthday.

Can I add a personal message?

Many of our gifts let you add a gift message or inscription at checkout where supported, so you can share your birthday wishes.

Are your cakes freshly made?

Our cakes are handmade in our UK bakery, where we have been baking since 1926. Cakes are baked to order and delivered frozen in a recyclable ClimaLiner to keep them fresh in transit.

How do I prepare a frozen cake?

Simply defrost in the fridge for 3 to 10 hours depending on size, then serve. Letterbox treats such as brownies and macarons need no defrosting.

Do you deliver across the UK and Ireland?

Yes, we deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
