This cake is encased in delicious Swiss buttercream which tastes best at room temperature, so we recommend taking your cake out of the fridge thirty minutes before serving. Please note - in order to keep your cake standing tall, we have used cake dowels in the bottom tier, and a cake board under the top tier. Please take care to remove these when serving your cake.
