When does the Black Friday sale run?

Our biggest sale event of the year runs around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Stock is limited, so it is best to shop early before favourites sell out.

What can I save on?

You will find savings across handcrafted cakes, cupcakes, sweet treats, gift hampers and festive favourites, all at great value.

Are the sale cakes the same quality?

Yes. Every cake is handmade in our UK bakery to the same recipes and standards, so you enjoy genuine Patisserie Valerie quality for less.

How are the cakes delivered?

Cakes are baked to order, frozen and packed with a ClimaLiner to stay fresh. We deliver across UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

How do I defrost my cake?

Leave it in the fridge to defrost for around 3 to 10 hours depending on size, then serve.

Can I order ahead for Christmas?

Yes. Use next day delivery (order by 4pm Monday to Friday, 2pm Saturday) or Nominated Day delivery to book a date up to 90 days in advance.

Can I add a personal message?

On many of our cakes you can add an inscription and a gift card, ideal for festive gifting.
