What is a good thank you gift?

Can I send a thank you gift by post?

Yes. Several of our treats, including macarons and brownies, are letterbox-friendly and fit through a standard letterbox, so the recipient does not need to be home.

How quickly can you deliver?

Order by 4pm Monday to Friday or 2pm on Saturday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Can I add a message?

Many of our gifts let you add a gift message or inscription at checkout where supported, so you can say thank you in your own words.

Are your cakes freshly made?

Our cakes are handmade in our UK bakery, where we have been baking since 1926. They are baked to order and delivered frozen in a recyclable ClimaLiner to stay fresh in transit.

How do I prepare a frozen cake?

Defrost in the fridge for 3 to 10 hours depending on size, then serve. Letterbox treats such as brownies and macarons need no defrosting.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Yes, you can select a Nominated Day at checkout up to 90 days in advance.
