Our gateaux are hand-finished by skilled patissiers, with fillings of fresh cream, rich ganache and fruit between delicate sponge layers. Choose favourites like the Classic Strawberry Gateau, Classic Habana Gateau or the Pink Candy Stripe Gateau, available in a 6 inch serving around 8 to 10 or an 8 inch serving roughly 14 to 20.
