Macarons are meringue-based treats introduced in France by the Royal Chef to Queen Catherine de Medici during the Renaissance period. Since then, these colourful sugary bites of deliciousness has become a staple in French confectionery and Parisians macarons are admired the world over. What is a macaron cake?

A macaron cake is a cake topped with macarons. Our bakers crown beautiful cakes with colourful French macarons to create a show stopping centrepiece for any occasion.

Are the macarons edible?

Yes. The macarons are made by our pastry team and are part of the cake, so they are there to be enjoyed.

What sizes are available?

Cakes come in a 6 inch size serving around 8 to 10, and an 8 inch size serving around 14 to 20. Macaron gift boxes are sold by quantity.

How much do macaron cakes cost?

Prices in this collection start from around 11.95 for a macaron gift box, with macaron cakes and towers priced higher.

How are the cakes delivered?

Cakes are baked to order and delivered frozen in recyclable ClimaLiner thermal packaging across UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Defrost in the fridge for 3 to 10 hours and enjoy within around two days.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes. Next day delivery is available with a 4pm cut off Monday to Friday and 2pm on Saturday, and you can book a Nominated Day up to 90 days ahead, Tuesday to Sunday.
