We had this cake for our son’s wedding last minute due to emergency. I’d called PV to ask questions thru assured me the cake would turn up on time & what to do as it arrives frozen. Though the hotel dealt with everything. Though just one thing I’m told when delivered to hotel it was plonked on the desk sideways when it had 2 keep upward signs. Hotel staff had not realised until they took in & delivery person had left. They were concerned the cake could be ruined but luckily it was ok.
Your cake is absolutely delicious I’ve had it twice know for birthdays and will definitely purchase again yum!
Our guests were blown away by this cake. And what with the red ribbon around it made the presentation even more pleasing to the eye. However more importantly the taste was delicious, enjoyed by all. Would buy again and by my friends too. Highly recommend.

They look beautiful in the box . I tried the white chocolate mummy and the dark chocolate with the green sprinkles omgoodness the dark chocolate with the green sprinkles absolutely gorgeous. The mummy was lovely very thick gorgeous chocolate but I think I'm more into a stronger taste. I'm looking forward to seeing what your Christmas speciality bite size cakes are like.

The cake came very well packed and on time. The cake looked amazing and was enjoyed by all. The sponge was beautiful and moist. The cream was lovely, there were juicy pieces of pineapple and sprinkles of coconut.. the butter cream melted in the mouth.

So much better than expected! Beautiful looking and tasting! The cake isn't just chocolate, strawberry and vanilla it tastes literally like neapolitan ice cream! This cake is delicious, soft sponge not sickly at all. My only negative comment would be its size. I was so disappointed at the size and it definitely would not give 24 people a slice unless it was wafer thin.

This is such a winner! The sponge is super light but still packed with warm, cosy ginger spice, and the creamy filling is seriously dreamy. The snowy whipped-cream finish looks gorgeous — and the tiny gingerbread men and candy canes on top were a total crowd-pleaser. We loved it!

This Clementine & Cranberry Celebration Cake was a real highlight at our family party. The sponge was moist and citrusy with just the right tang from the cranberries, and the orange-infused cream felt luxurious without being too sweet. Everyone said how beautiful it looked on the table.

It was the first time I placed an order at Patisserie Valérie and after tasting this cake, it won’t be the last one, for sure!
We are French and my husband’s parents had a fine patisserie in Bordeaux so we have high standards when it comes to cakes. We love the beautiful and original presentation of the English cakes but we don’t like thick marzipan or icing on this type of cakes. Patisserie Valérie combines the best of English and French patisserie! The stunning and original presentation and the lightness of the pistachio and raspberry cream. No thick icing here but top quality ‘crème légère’. Everyone absolutely LOVED this cake and we have already planned to order it again for Christmas!
