Delivery

This delicious cake is available for nationwide next day home delivery when you order by 4pm weekdays and 2pm Saturdays. You can get it delivered straight to your front door from our bakery, or you can send a cake gift to a cake lover to let them know you’re thinking of them! The cake is baked fresh and then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport, and of course to ensure it tastes as fresh as possible for your celebration. Our Swiss meringue buttercream tastes best at room temperature, so we recommend taking your cake out of the fridge thirty minutes before serving. Defrosting is recommended in refrigerated temperatures and will take a minimum of 6 hours.

Bought this cake for my Mum's 60th and it looked spectacular!

50th Birthday

Have purchased a number of cakes in past & the coffee cake didnt disappoint. Delicate flavours of coffee with a light sponge beautifully presented. Everything you expect from patisserie valerie.
However the delivery choice was very disappointing. I had an hour slot of 1.23 to 2.23 from DPD local had update to say running a little late. That was an understatement 6.00pm came still no delivery! Very frustrating as time sensitive and was quite a hot day! No means of contact to delivery company to talk to an actual person. Tried to contact patisserie valerie services but only got an alternated response of my order fulfilled! This gave me no info on where my cake was. It finally arrived at 7.15 in evening which to be honest I dont think was acceptable and just added to the stress. The dry ice and cold packs had dispersed!
Maybe it's worth finding a more reliable courier service who actually care about urgent deliveries and taking this up with DPD?
