We had this cake for our son’s wedding last minute due to emergency. I’d called PV to ask questions thru assured me the cake would turn up on time & what to do as it arrives frozen. Though the hotel dealt with everything. Though just one thing I’m told when delivered to hotel it was plonked on the desk sideways when it had 2 keep upward signs. Hotel staff had not realised until they took in & delivery person had left. They were concerned the cake could be ruined but luckily it was ok.
