The cake is baked fresh and then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport, and of course to ensure it tastes as fresh as possible for your celebration. Defrosting: Defrost in a refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours. Storage: Once defrosted, keep refrigerated. Once Defrosted: Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze. Stunning

My daughter chose it herself her birthday cake and she absolutely loved it. We’re costumers for years and never got disappointed from Patisserie Valerie

Excellent cake, avoid the spiral candles!

It was my first time ordering online from here. The cake was even better than expected: delicious, light, moist, great flavor. Would definitely order cakes from here again.

We added optional silver spiral candles. Very hard to light as no visible wick, then they melted, twisted and became towers of flame. Hard to blow out, on the verge of actually dangerous. I would NOT recommend these candles!
