Are the cakes here the same quality as full price ones?

Yes. Every cake is handmade in our UK bakery to the same recipes and standards, so you simply enjoy Patisserie Valerie quality for less.

How are the cakes delivered?

Cakes are baked to order, frozen and packed with a ClimaLiner to stay fresh in transit. We deliver across UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

How do I defrost my cake?

Simply leave it in the fridge to defrost for around 3 to 10 hours, depending on size, then serve.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. Choose next day delivery (order by 4pm Monday to Friday, 2pm Saturday) or use Nominated Day delivery to book a date up to 90 days ahead.

Can I add a personal message?

On many of our cakes you can add an inscription and a gift card, making them ideal for a great-value gift.
