Very good felivery. I ordered this from the US to be delivered to my boyfriend in Scotland. He received the package in a timely matter. He said repeatedly that he loved the box and presentation but that one of the cupcakes had slightly tipped over—nothing to worry about. Things of that nature are bound to happen.
Everything else was great!! He is waiting for the cupcakes to be room temp to enjoy and said he will not share the rest with anyone. 😋So that’s mission accomplished, team Patisserie Valerie!! Thank you for helping me make his birthday memorable and fun!

I first got a taste of this particular cake when distributing their cupcake size. So I had to try the cake size. I wasn't disappointed at all. It stayed fresh and moist for the time I had kept in the frig and eaten the cake. Huge size too. You don’t need a large slice for it's very filling. I highly recommend this and the pink one. Matter of fact I shall be ordering either one again. It came packaged beautifully. Makes a nice jester to send to family or friends.

Packing really good, it keeps cold temperatures several hours, so i dont need to stress it would melted, my bf really love the cake, thank you! Please make some more Vegan favour so we can keep order it.

Delivery was great, no damage to the cake. Stored in the fridge to defrost for 24hrs and tasted lovely. Everyone commented on the lovely fresh fruity smell when we cut into the cake and how light it all was and not overly sweet.

It was tasty cake and everybody enjoyed it at the party! We ordered the bigger size and next day delivery was fine, enough time to de freeze until next day. It was good to have some space on the top for our own decoration 😉

The cake I order was absolutely the best cake I have ever tasted. Light soft not too sweet, and no artificial taste. All natural and enjoyable even my son who is not a cake eater finished his. I would recommend this company to anyone, for a real celebration of cake.

Ordered the Black Forest Gateau after they stopped selling these at my local Sainsbury’s and I couldn’t find them anywhere local. This came perfectly packaged with frozen inserts. I know this is a bit extra but I enjoy this so much I couldn’t wait for an occasion so I sliced it up while frozen to make individual slices, wrapped them separately and put in the freezer ready to defrost and eat when I want for myself or if I have guests.

I bought the square personalised chocolate cake for my husband’s 80th birthday party. It arrived on time and was delivered to the pub where we held the party. I need not have worried about the delivery not coming to our home address and I was notified throughout its journey.
