Nationwide delivery information

This delicious cake is available for nationwide next day home delivery when you order by 4pm weekdays and 2pm Saturdays. You can get it delivered straight to your front door from our bakery, or you can send a cake gift to a cake lover to let them know you’re thinking of them! The cake is baked fresh and then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport, and of course to ensure it tastes as fresh as possible for your celebration. You will need to defrost your cake before consumption. Defrosting is recommended in refrigerated temperatures and will take a minimum of 6 hours.

Disappointed and no support

I bought a Dubai cake for my son’s suprised 21st.

I caused embarrassment and disappointment.

Kept in a chiller taken to the table and went to cut into slices and the middle just dropped, there was no substance and was more like a chocolate mouse than a cake. There was no filling. A blob in the middle.

I’ve asked for a refund and they offered £10 off voucher. Poor customer service and takes ages to respond
