One proper brownie, baked in-house

Baked in our bakery and cut into a generous single square, with the dense, fudgy crumb a good brownie should have. Each one is individually wrapped and packed for letterbox post. Well wrapped, it keeps for up to five days in a cool cupboard, a week or two refrigerated, or three months in the freezer.
